Cylindrical Grinding

Cylindrical grinding is utilised for the grinding of one or more multiple diameters on rolls, rods, shafts and various parts where concentricity to the centreline is important, we have a large capacity of machines available to cater from the smallest of components up to rolls of 1250mm diameter x 5000mm in length

We also carry a large stock of grinding wheels on site to suit a vast range of materials including diamond wheels for grinding carbide and ceramic coatings.

Turning

We are able to remove coverings or excessive stock removal by turning in our lathes which have a capacity of up to 1000mm diameter x 4000mm in length.
